Marek has gained experience in renowned Polish and international law firms in Warsaw. Prior to joining the firm, Marek worked in the financial services audit department of one of the Big4 firms and was involved in student legal clinics and the activities of the Court Watch Foundation.
Marek's day-to-day work includes providing ongoing advice and negotiating contracts, as well as serving as a Data Protection Officer and representing clients in litigation.
Marek's advice covers all areas of business, civil and copyright law, with particular emphasis on new technologies, the construction process and the creative industry. Among the clients served by Marek are technology, creative, energy, construction and financial market companies.
Marek is also involved in providing companies with comprehensive services in the field of personal data protection, including preparation and implementation of a data protection model, as well as ongoing advisory services, representing clients during inspections and court proceedings and performing other tasks of a Data Protection Inspector.
Marek graduated from the University of Warsaw and completed an advocacy training. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and a certified mediator. He communicates in Polish, English and Spanish.
Marek develops his interest in new technologies during numerous conferences and trainings as well as at meetings of the Legal Tech Poland Foundation and the European Legal Technology Association.
Marek spends his free time practicing water sports and climbing, as well as attending film festivals, which he attended during his law studies.

- Preparing for a client, who is a software provider, an agreement in SaaS model and negotiating it with the largest e-commerce entity in Poland

Litigation
- Representing owners of wind farms in a case brought by Energa seeking a declaration of invalidity of framework agreements for the sale of property rights arising from certificates of origin, so-called green certificates.
- Representing a consortium leader in arbitration proceedings against the contracting authority in connection with a contract for the development of a detailed design and construction and commissioning of a liquefied natural gas regasification terminal in Świnoujście.
- Representing clients in proceedings for infringement of personal rights.
